• Typically our orders are shipped within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation the moment your item leaves our warehouse.
  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your location and the item(s) ordered, we will ship your package via either USPS, FedEx or UPS.
  • Of course, from Blue Basil Gifts, Standard Shipping within the Continental US is always free. However, should you need expedited delivery, please note the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
  • Depending on your location and the item(s) ordered, we use either USPS, FedEx or UPS to ship your package.
  • All deliveries require a physical shipping address; PO Boxes are not acceptable.
  • Order cutoff is 12PM PST for items that require same day shipping.

  • You must be 21 or older to receive any package containing alcohol. By law, any gifts including wine or beer require the signature of an adult upon delivery.
  • If your item is returned to us we will be happy to issue an in store credit for purchase of a gift of equal value. In the event this arises you will be notified within 10 business days of receipt of your returned item. If you fail to receive a notification please contact us at (800) 880 - 0307.


  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • If you would like to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
